Q: How to buy your stocklots and what's your business procedure?

A: The business procedure goes like this,

1. You would be updated with our new stocklot offers by subscribing our newsletters or visiting our website.

2. You send inquiry letter to us online or by email for any of the stocklots you have interests.

3. The prices of stocklots are coming directly from factories. You could counter offer and we will try our best to meet with your target by negotiating with our partner factories.

4. Samples will be arranged to you when both of us come to agreement on pricing and order quantity.

5. If samples passed, please arrange deposit payment so that we could secure the stocklots for you.

6. Cargo inspection is welcomed after the deposit payment has been arranged.

7. Re-labeling, if requested, will be processed after inspection passed.

8. Containers will be loaded after we receiving the balance payment for the order.

9. You could nominate your freight forwarder who will arrange the shipping affairs for you. Of course, we are always ready to serve you on shipping if requested by your side.

 

Q: What's your MOQ? Can we take small quantity?

A: We work on big lots, usually the factories will require to take all stocklots based on their cheap prices. If the factory can accept to take some part of styles or partial quantity, we will remark MOQ for specified styles on our website, but the prices of partial quantity will be higher accordingly.

 

Q: Can you consolidate different stock lots into one container or in one shipment?

A: Usually this way could be workable. If the stocklots are coming from different area, we will collect these stocklots in our warehouse or / then load the stocklots into container directly. If the confirmed stocklots are not enough for one container but you want to add some more to full the container, we could also collect the confirmed stocklots in our warehouse for you once the confirmed stocklots being paid fully in advance.

 

Q: Why do you ask for sample charges?

A: Many buyers request samples each time when we present a new stocklot. Unfortunately the quantity of samples in our office are always so limited that it would be extremely hard for us to satisfy the needs of all buyers. We commonly ask for  some sample charges to cover the sample costs and courier charges. This is only to ensure that all the potential inquiries for our stocklots are genuine interests.

 

Q: Can you refund the sample charges?

A: We'll refund the sampling charge to you when we finalize the order, or, upon receipt of the samples if you could return the samples to us within 20 days with courier charges prepaid.

 

Q: Can you change the labels or hangtags with our own brand?

A: Yes, we'll try our best to meet with your requests, only if the changing on labels / hangtags will not damage the products. Actually this is part of our Value Added Services to ensure that you will avoid any trademark, copyright, registered brand infringement or any other legal issues.

We have several highly experienced factories cooperating with us to re-stitch labels and repack the finished products. Kindly be noted that some extra cost will happen, exact costs will be calculated based on your detailed requirements.

 

Q: What are the reasons for the stocklots?

A: There are various reasons being as stocklots. Some buyers cancelled the orders because of shipments delayed and this is the most common reason but absolutely not the only one. Some shipments are stuck there because the buyers failed to make the payments as their markets / currency depressing or other financial issues. And of course, some orders are cancelled because of quality defects. Each time when we get any source of stocklot, it's always initial and important to evaluate the quality of the samples and bulk cargo. Always and only those stocklots without any major and significant defects will be uploaded onto our Website and presented to our buyers.

 

Q: Are your stocklots with good quality?

A: We should say yes. All the stocklots have been pre-inspected by our quality assurance staff or agents and only quality stocklots will be presented to our buyers. If any minor defects exist, we will readily inform you of any such issues without exception. 

Moreover, we will always invite our buyers to visit the warehouse personally for pre-shipment inspection. Nominating a third-party organization to oversee the inspection, it's always welcomed and we will gladly arrange for the inspection process as your requirements.

 

Q: Any release letter available for the labels and brands?

A: All product labels and brands on our stock products had been manufactured under the authorization of the brand intellectual property holders, hence you can be assured of the quality and authenticity of any labels. 

Authorization letters might be available but they just guarantee that the export from the countries of origin will be legal and without any offence. However, you shall ensure in advance that either the import to your target marketing countries or the resell of the stocklots in the original markets would NOT lead to any legal issues based on the relevant intellectual property laws in respective countries.
If you are not sure about the brand issue, here are some suggestions for you.
1) You might change the labels and hangtags.
2) You might get permission from the brand name owners.

Q: What will be your payment term?

A: We mostly accept T/T as the payment term since we are dealing with ready-made goods with bottom prices from factories and the delivery time will be as short as 7 days. All the prices listed on the Website or offer sheets are all based on this payment term, which is 30%deposit prepaid and 70%balance before loading the goods.  

 

Q: Why shall we pay deposit before cargo inspection?

A:  In this case we act as a sourcing service provider during the business transactions. The reason why factory and we ask for 30% deposit payment before inspection is simple, we will keep the stocklots for you until your inspection and have to ensure that all of the parties will be involved at all stages of the transactions, so as to protect the benefits of all parties.

 

Q: Can you refund the deposit to us if the inspection fails?

A: You are welcomed to inspect the cargo in the warehouses if price fixed and samples approved. Because the samples we have sent to you are randomly selected from the bulk stock, and since this is stock business, what we guarantee, is that the quality of the bulk stock is same as the samples you approved, otherwise the prepaid deposit will be refunded to you without any delay.
